Matt Borkowski
Matt's primary roles with PMC are client relations and business development.
With a 20+ year service background in residential real estate, Matt has a very long history in a business where customer service and delivering on promises come first. Additionally, Matt has remodeled over 150 properties on behalf of himself and many clients. He founded a service known as SmartReface whereby home owners with rough properties and limited resources could get their properties renovated prior to sale with the entire renovation cost fronted by Matt's team.
Matt lives in Glendale with his wife, four kids, 5 dogs, and 3 cats. You can often find he and his wife hiking Piestewa Peak on the weekends as a well needed break from all that.
Abrahan Hernandez
Abrahan's primary roles with PMC are head foreman and director of worker training.
With 8 years of experience in construction, in a wide range of trades, Abrahan is well versed to manage many types of construction projects. Whether it is standard cosmetic tenant improvement situation or large buildout, Abrahan has the experience you can count on to get the job done quickly and with great workmanship.
